Lived here for just over three years, always felt very welcome in the community, enjoyed the pool and clean communal bbqs every summer, and had ample privacy if I desired. The property is beautiful and situated walking distance from my dog's favorite park. Kara, our on site manager, and the maintenance team is always available and prompt with any repairs or questions that need answering. It was a pleasure to live here, and I would highly recommend anyone desiring a well maintained and gorgeous apartment to look into McInnis Park apartments!

If you are like me and have had your fair share of unfavorable apartment living experiences, I promise you, McInnis Park apartments is not that. I have been here for over 1 year and have nothing but amazing things to say about our onsite manager and maintenance team. I am amazed at how attentive, prompt, professional, and courteous everyone is. I placed two maintenance orders just this morning and in just a few short hours both issues are now resolved. I enjoy feeling like a valued tenant here. The community grounds are well maintained and always freshly manicured. The onsite gym is open 24 hours, which is great for a busy working professional like me. There are other well-maintained amenities as well, but honestly nothing beats the great customer service. Life already has so many unexpected challenges as it is, so let your apartment living experience not be one of them. A big thank you to Kara and our maintenance team lead. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it.

Communication, communication, communication!!! Since the day I arrived to look for housing, Kara at the leasing office was very professional, detailed, courteous, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. She never missed a reply to any of my emails or calls. Nothing changed when I arrived on my first day. I was greeted by maintenance supervisor Jay and he was very pleasant and courteous as well and provided me with my keys and walked me to my unit! This has been one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve had regarding customer service and professionalism. Thank you to all of you and other staff I’ve meet in my first 3 days. E. D.

Though I've had my fair sure of disappointments here, initially, management definitely stepped up and began taking my requests for scheduled visits into my apartment seriously. Which was my only major grievance as someone who values privacy. Ideally, this place should be for people who plan to live here in the bay area for 1-3 years. You're realistically going to be paying the equivalent of a mortgage here, but it does have its perks. *dog friendly* After my super negative karen review, I feel good about changing it now that I recognize how they've changed for the better in the last couple of months. I wish them luck with their remodeling which honestly looks pretty decent.

But every once in a while, especially if you’ve been there as long as I have, something stops working properly. The apartment manager and the repair person are proactive about replacement when needed. In fact, the manager and her staff are super amazing and very responsive and enthusiastic about making sure that I am happy all the time. To be honest I go in the office to socialize more than I do for anything else. There are monthly social events so you can get to know your neighbors and I have to say my neighbors are all pretty awesome too. The only mildly critical thing is that there’s only one parking spot per unit and the guest parking spaces fill up fast every day. The most important thing is that place is safe for me and my family, well-maintained, and it’s clean around the edges. It’s our home. McInnis Park Apartments comes with my high recommendation.

Overall, I have enjoyed living in McInnis Park for six years because of my neighbors, their pets, and its surrounding beauty. McInnis earns 5 stars, and we, the renters earn 3 for leaving dog poop on its grounds and garbage on the ground near the garbage bins. PICK IT UP!
