Though I've had my fair sure of disappointments here, initially, management definitely stepped up and began taking my requests for scheduled visits into my apartment seriously. Which was my only major grievance as someone who values privacy. Ideally, this place should be for people who plan to live here in the bay area for 1-3 years. You're realistically going to be paying the equivalent of a mortgage here, but it does have its perks. *dog friendly* After my super negative karen review, I feel good about changing it now that I recognize how they've changed for the better in the last couple of months. I wish them luck with their remodeling which honestly looks pretty decent.

We very much enjoy McInnis Park, it is clean, quite and well maintained. Although the appliances are dated they are in good working order. I enjoy the pool and the recent improvements but hope that the BBQ’s will return soon. There are several outdoor lights in 85 North that are burned out . And the building could stand to be swept or blown with a leaf blower.

Nice facilities, kind staff, polite neighbors, beautiful location, great price. Staff communication could be a bit more responsive/ timely, and there are infrequent issues with air quality outside, but overall a great value.

I’ve been a resident about three years shy of ... forever. I don’t have that much need to interact with the apartment manager for repairs because the place is never in disrepair. But every once in a while, especially if you’ve been there as long as I have, something stops working properly. The apartment manager and the repair person are proactive about replacement when needed. In fact, the manager and her staff are super amazing and very responsive and enthusiastic about making sure that I am happy all the time. To be honest I go in the office to socialize more than I do for anything else. There are monthly social events so you can get to know your neighbors and I have to say my neighbors are all pretty awesome too. The only mildly critical thing is that there’s only one parking spot per unit and the guest parking spaces fill up fast every day. The most important thing is that place is safe for me and my family, well-maintained, and it’s clean around the edges. It’s our home. McInnis Park Apartments comes with my high recommendation.

The property is quite and very calming. Property staff is friendly and very helpful. The only bump in the road for me is the parking situation with some of the neighbors and some new umbrellas in the pool are needed.

Overall, I have enjoyed living in McInnis Park for six years because of my neighbors, their pets, and its surrounding beauty. McInnis earns 5 stars, and we, the renters earn 3 for leaving dog poop on its grounds and garbage on the ground near the garbage bins. PICK IT UP!
