Communication, communication, communication!!!
Since the day I arrived to look for housing, Kara at the leasing office was very professional, detailed, courteous, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. She never missed a reply to any of my emails or calls. Nothing changed when I arrived on my first day. I was greeted by maintenance supervisor Jay and he was very pleasant and courteous as well and provided me with my keys and walked me to my unit!
This has been one of the most satisfying experiences Iâve had regarding customer service and professionalism. Thank you to all of you and other staff Iâve meet in my first 3 days.
